Returns & Refund Policy

At Kindred & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, our support team is here to help.

1. How to Initiate a Return

If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact our customer support team via our contact form or by telephone.

Faulty Items: If the item is faulty due to an error on our part, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us with your order number and details. We aim to rectify this within 72 hours of contact.

2. Personalised Items

Please Note: We DO NOT accept returns for any item that has been personalised.

Your right to return does not apply to products made, personalised, or customised specifically for you.

We cannot offer refunds for items where a spelling mistake was made by the customer during the ordering process.

Returns are only accepted for personalised items if they are faulty, damaged, or contain a spelling error made by Kindred & CO.

3. Non-Personalised Items

You have the legal right to return non-personalised orders within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that shows reasonable care was taken while in your possession.

For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

4. Return Process for Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty or damaged, we provide two free return options:

Evri Drop-Off: Pack the item securely and take it to a drop-off location; the label can be printed on-site.

Home Collection: Pack the item securely and print your own label for a scheduled courier collection between 8 am and 8 pm.

5. Refund Details

Once a return is processed, we will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible.

If a discount was applied to the original order, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value.

We recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
